I’m new in VoIP and I have a quintum tenor AX.
It does not detects phone hang up and users stay in system until their credits ends and then disconnects them.
Unfortunately, this behavior is completely random, i checked for diferents numbers, different PSTN, different destinations, and different users.
Desconnection supervision has been set for Tone-Based and it is realy a tone based.
If it matters, I’m in iran.
I would be so glad if anyone can help me.
