    Hi all and happy new year,

    i have a strange problem, when i’m calling a busy number the quintum dx answer me that all the channels are satured, thing that stop the pbx from sending calls to the quintum, instead of there is no calls when i try to call this busy number,
    if you have any idea please response me,

    i’m asking if there is a way to verify that all channels are in use or not, because i try to make a call and the quintum tell me that the all channels in use, instead of that i make only one call, any idea plz

    the command to check what channels are in use on the dx is ch calls, but I doubt this is the problem. If you are getting disconnect code 34,then most likely it is that there is no configured match in the quintum for the incoming number.
