Hi,
Could anybody tell me, what is the problem going on gateway? Calls are not passing. I am getting this error.

use the cause from previous attempt if one available

Sumitthere are no digits (destintion) in the incoming call for the quintum to route on. The quintum is a switch and requires destintion digits to route.

There are many soft phone programs out there that you can try. You would load this on a PC and then use it to make a call to the quintum.

sorry my english.
Not sure if you are asking a question or stating a fact. Cause 34 is usually due to either no valid match in the config for an inc IP call or all the available channels are in use.
