call relay problem

    following a model installed, there were a Cisco Call Manager 4.1 connected to Call Relay SP that connected to an operator who is PSN. the codec fixed by the operator is G729.

    the problem is that once the calls pass, in one side you hears in other side you hear anything.

    how can i resolve the problem.

    are you refering to one way audio? is there any firewall installed in between? do you have NAT?
