Hi all,
Currently i am configure the primary sip server as 192.x.x.1 and secondary sip server as 192.x.x.2 in Tenor AS gateway. So, my question here is the primary sip server is unreachable (i.e. IP connectivity is lost)and the Tenor AS gateway won’t automatic switch to secondary sip server (192.x.x.2).Is this situation normal ? how can i force the tenor AS gateway to secondary sip server is the primary sip server is unreachable ? any suggestion ? thanks …
