I have a Quintum Tenor CMS and a SignalPath 201 (encore Tech) for signal conversion. Recently we had the trunk indicator LED on the PSTN side (our link to the clearing house) going off and coming back on periodically (not regularly). What are the possible causes of this issue.
further, I have a whole lot of calls failing with error code 16, 31 and 111. Their are other disconnect codes but these are most rampant.
Please help me if you can. thanks.
