We are running Quintum DX2060. We discovered the Caller ID was somehow disabled. so we attempted to set the Caller ID to pass through. However it says the attribute was not found. Can anyone enlighten us on how to set the Caller ID?
You should make sure the relayani settings are enabled. These are located in the cassignaling, isdnsignaling and iprouting groups.
If it is enabled and you believe you are not getting the ani passed thru then it may not be provided from the origination interface and more troubleshooting would be needed to check. Also, there are some signaling types that do not support caller id.
