I am setting up the following VoIP service using a Cisco 5350 IP Gateway:

PSTN (Intl.) – VoIP – PSNT (UK)

Calls originate overseas, converted to VoIP by clients Gateway, then delivered to our Cisco Gateway where we deliver the calls to UK landline or mobile over PSTN.

I need help to confugure the Cisco 5350 to facilitate the above. are there any default configs that I can apply to get us off the ground?

    Many thanks.

Most important you will need a dial-peer to send outgoing calls to your PSTN lines. Search for “PortaBilling100 Handbook: Postpaid Services”, there is a Cisco configuration guidelines for the service which (I guess) is very similar to what you are trying to do

    Hi nadyr,

“l can not hear the person who call me , and this person don’t hear me”

I think you should post your 5350 config here so we can review it first.
