Dear All, We are implementing and Installing VOIP service for One of Our Main clients, He asked us to provide him with an application to monitor the Calls between the HQ and the branches… Is there any such application Or services to install it and to do this feature on his system and provide him with Log file with the intiator of the call, the duration on the call and the distenation on each call??? Please advice ASAP..
BTW, we are using at the HQ, Cisco AS5400 and at each branch Cisco 2600 router with VG224 products….your reply will be highly appreciated…
