Please anyone could help with the following…

    1. Voice Coders are in charge to take the analog signal to convert it to digital.

    2. The digital signal is packetized for transmission.

Question: How or where the data are stored before packetized. Openh323 stores data in wav format. Is this correct?

The data is really not stored as the conversion from analog to digital to packet is done very quickly with little delay. Most units have a buffer area where any signals are put in queue, but it is not stored as a wav and I don’t think that openh323 does this either.
