ASR low + Code 16 + Duration 0

    Hello

    I have a Quintum CMS series 2

    I have many calls with duration=0 and “disconect code=16”, so my ASR is very low because the “0” down it a lot.

    We have 8 E1 with PRI-ETSI conected in ISDN signaling.
