I HAVE A800(ORIGINATION).WHEN I ENTER THE PIN NO.THE IVR SAY WE ENTER INVALID NO. BUT IN THE EVENT LOG THE RADIUS SHOWS THAT MY CARD HAS 100 DOLAR BUT ALSO THE LIMIT TIME BUT WHY MY IVR IS NOT SAYING THE BALANCE.WHAT MIGHT PARAMETES I MISS TO CONFIGURE.PLS ADVISE.
Without looking at the log from the Quintum, it would be difficult to see what is happening. Usually this happens when your radius server returns and ‘accept reject’ with a cause code. The Tenor will only say this based on the info returned by the radius. If you want me to review the log from tenor and assist you in this, you may contact me at email@example.com.
