AXG800 lost channels

    After i factory reset the AXG800, the channels were lost… anyone have idea how to restore the channels? please.

    Jessie,

    reset the unit one more time. It seems that on the 2nd generation units, when you factory reset them, the channels go away, but if you do another regular reset, they come back.
