    Hi all,

I’m trying to set up a call shop about six phones. I’m using a quintum tenor AXM analog. what I would like to know is how and what features do i configure on this tenor?? I need to know the basics in this situation. I know the ip & subnet mask but that is all I know. I also have configured a cisco swithes and routers so I have some basics about these. if someone have a example of basic configuration of a call shop, please help me.

    Thanks
    Faisal

    Faisal,

I am assuming that you have some sort of radius server for billing/accounting, so you will need to setup the LCRGs for the phones, and the radius userserver for the radius. You will also need to setup either static route(s) to the destination IP address(es) or the h323gw area if you plan to have the Tenor registering to an external gatekeeper.

If you require more detailed configuration, please contact me at mike_voip@hotmail.com and we can further discuss.

    Mike
