Quintum ASG400 Login Password Reset

    I’ve a Quintum ASG400 Tenor. I lost my login password to configure the tenor .. also, the IP … can anybody tell me the way I can reset the password again ? I’m not concerned abt the configuration. Please, try to help me

    Ahamed,

    Unfortunately, with the AS/AX/DX units you must contact Quintum to have them provide you with a one time access password. You will need to talk to them as the password is time sensitive.
