Tenor A800 no conversation but billing

    I have an Tenor A800 quintum gateway is connected to voicemaster gatekeeper.
    There is no conversation in some calls from Tenor A800.But GK and local billing software accept these calls as successful and apply billing.What is the reason of this problem and how can I solve this problem?

    it is called “Answer supervision”.
    Read the docs of Quintum, that case is explained very well.
