RTP TEST !!!!!! realy need help

hi, i am working on how to test (rtp/rtcp) implementation. and my focus is on the strategies and anything related to how i can omit jitter and i want to know how i can find the differnce of qualities of two implementation of rtp. i mean which check points i must check , i need to know when i want to write a program to test rtp implementation what things i must mention. thank u
