Hi All,
Just a quick question. I have an R2 E1 connected to my Quintum D3000. I am also creating some ANI based accounts for use with some of my larger customers and I would like the following to occur.
1. Customer Dials my Pilot No.
2. When He gets connected – after authentication – for the quintum to generate a ‘C’ Tone (DTMF).The reason for this ‘C’ tone is for use with certain billing machine solutions.
I would be extremly greatful if someone could point me on how to do this – either with the D3000 or with a A800.

That is possible only on second generation Quintums (AS/AX/DX/CMS).
In the trunk group you have an option named “AnswerTone”. It is actually a “D” DTMF tone, if my memory serves me correct.
