I have successfully setup a gatekeeper for my Ata’s Network. I can call to/from any ata to other without problem.

But, I need to have some ATA’S
behind Linksys, and when this happens… the ATA can’t find the address of the gatekeeper for register.. so i Have no dial-tone, no nothing… I tried setting-up the NAT IP of the linksys , but that didn’t work, also i open some ports (the media ports and others) but it’s still not working.

Any one have some information about this ?

    Thanks in advance.

What you need to do is use a STUN server. I think the field in the ATA you need to fill in is called NAT server IP

    Use this one: stun.xten.com

    hope this helps.

Make sure your linksys have the dhcp deactivated and route the port 1720 to the ATA that you are using. Maybe, the ata is not having a response from the gatekeeper. Also check on the gatekeeper if the ata is registered on it. Good luck. Luis.
