I used it as a standalone device that is I assihned it`s own ip adress as a gatekeeper and then configured #sroute in #be and everything worked ok but I wanted to add sroute to it for 2 destinations and both destination need to dial prefixes before country codes but when I dial as they said I see that I am connecting to that gateways but when the digits are more then 15 my tenor cuts the remaining digits and sends what was left of dialled number where can I configure it I did it in pbxtg in sys I think it converts evering in internetional format after intlprefix and cuts everything thats left over how could I bypass it

    Kiazer,

It sounds like that you want to create additional sroutes to different locations and also add a prefix to the calls that go to those locations. If this unit is the older A400, then you can create the sroute, but you cannot create a different prefix for each route. In the old A400’s you can only create one system wide prefix. This is done in the config->iptg area with outgoingprefix. If you enter a prefix here, then all calls that originate from this Tenor and go over IP will have the same prefix added. Additionally, if you use sroutes, you will need to set the dn in the sroute to private because adding a prefix in the iptg changes the number from public to private.

If you have the ax or as 400, then it is possible to have a different prefix for each sroute by creating a new ipdialplan for each.

    Hope this helps.

Thank you I did as you instructed and everything is working now but to change prefix I have to make changes in iptg outprefix. It means that I can not have multiple routes in one box.All the same it is working now
