Help Needed [QUINTUM PROBLEMS]

We have purchased a Quintum A800 tenor from . However, we are still facing problem with the device. The device has been configured as a gateway and we are using the services of US-based VOIP Company, Colocentral as our carrier gateway for international calls who have assigned us an IP address that we have configured at our end and our IP is also known to them. Also we were told by Colocentral to add a prefix 500 with the outgoing calls. The device is connected to a 128-KB Broadband Internet connection. With the existing configurations we got it working on The Local Area Network (LAN) using Microsoft NetMeeting as a gateway client as well as with the Internet (only a couple of times) i.e. we made international calls and received some calls as well. Unfortunately, that was the last time we could get it to work since we have not been able to send or receive any calls. No service or port is blocked with our Internet connection i.e. Voice, telnet, ICMP etc… all kind of traffic is allowed. Neither have we put the quintum behind a firewall. But we still have not been able to get it to work.

Please help us in this regards as we are having troubles with this device for more than 4 months
