Ip address problem

    Hello Everybody,

    I am currently using an analog A800 with an Adsl connectivity. I have one public ip address and the tenor is set in the DMZ of the adsl router.

    My public ip was xxx.xxx.1.253

    Everything was working fine until my isp changed the public ip to xxx.xxx.3.232 and now the tenor is not responding.

    I have reset the tenor extip to the new public ip address but it does not work.

    I would highly appreciate some help from the technical savies.

    Did you reboot the unit, after you changed the IP address?

    Hello Leon,

    I did reset the unit and the extip has been changed to the new one, but it still does not work out.

    Any further advice from you?

    What code are you running on A800, and please provide your email address in the next reply.

    Hello Leon,

    The calls are now going through however I am not able to telnet the tenor from external network. I can ping the ip address but cannot telnet. No port on the adsl router is blocked nor the isp has blocked the telnet port.

    Do you have any idea what can be causing this?
