PRI Configuration SOS SOS SOS

I need Help to configure PRI between router and DMS-100
The D-CH is up but the calls not gouing throw.
when i do the show isdn status command i see :

dsl 1, interface ISDN Switchtype = primary-net5

ACTIVE
Layer 2 Status:
TEI = 0, Ces = 1, SAPI = 0, State = TEI_ASSIGNED
I_Queue_Len 0, UI_Queue_Len 0
Layer 3 Status:
0 Active Layer 3 Call(s)
Active dsl 1 CCBs = 0
The Free Channel Mask: 0x7FFF7FFF
Number of L2 Discards = 1, L2 Session ID = 184

And allwais i see events on the debug isdn event :
