NO DURATION on Rev Batt

hi evryone… i’m using a Quintum AX Series to receive calls from a AS5300.. the problem that i have right now is that i have NO DURATION(on both ends) on every answered call.. i use Reverse Battery in my CASSIG, and i’ve been using the same config with my other Quintum A800’s and its working fine.. i tried other CASSIG and SUPERVISIONs but the problem with them is that there’s already a DURATION at the start of the RINGING part of the call.. pls give me your insight and experiences to solve this problem.. many thanks…
