Can anyone help me fix or recommend another Packet Sniffer? I have install Ethereal on an IBM T30 with MS XP Pro. I have installed WinPCap 3.0 and Ethereal 0.10.4. I am using a Hub to tap a port. Ethereal is not able to see any of the VLAN tagged traffic. I can SPAN a switch port and see the traffic but I do not always have access to switch CLI, so I prefer to use a sniffer with a HUB. Any recommendations?
