We have several numbers that come in on our PRI that are not programmed into the Call Manager. When the number comes in, it looks at the Call Manager first, and if it’s not there, it goes back out the PRI. So when it gets to the PSTN, they see it as belonging to us and it comes right back to us and out again until the PRI is full. I’ve tried using huntstop, but this hasn’t worked. I noticed that on the calls that dial back, they originate from a generic phone number. I added a dial-peer with a answer-address command, and these hit it. I then added a translation-profile to translate incoming calls that hit this dial peer, but it didn’t work either. Any ideas?
