We are looking for a software solution that would offer live help to customer with voice. maybe something similar to netmeeting but better with VOIP. When customer click on a button on the web site, the system will connect to a gateway and they will be able to speak with a customer. System will have to be able to go through a firewall. We already have VOIP gateways.
