TDM to IP

Hello Guys,

We are an isp based in Africa. We want to launch carrier licensed traffic orig. and term. business and would like to have a solution to the following scenario:

We have a very good internet infrastructure in our country. What we want to do is to set up a POP and sell rerouted traffic to European carriers. Traffic should come from PTTs such as Madagascar and other African countries which I guess are all on the legacy networks. Then to sell this traffic wholesale to major carriers.

I would appreciate any help in terms of setup required.
