Tenor error log

    Does anyone know what cause the following error In a Tenor (A800)

    Route Manager,’Maximum routes Per exceeded’

    And also the following in the PSTN interface:

    ‘No channel available’, even if the channel it is avalaible, I can make calls but when somebody calls on this interface I get that message.

    If anyone has a copy of the meaning of the event log it’d be very helpful, thanks

    Can you send me your log file when someone tries to call on the interface and your config for the pstn and the pbx. I’ll try to fis it for you. My mail add is snarroo@iblgroup.com

    yes the ibl group is in mauritius
