    Telcom Products International

If the tenor is made to reset to many times in a given period (whatever you have set in your configuration)other than a normal reset, the tenor will put itself in bypass mode

Why i am getting folowing mesg in active alarms.
    “Border Element connection lost”

I have configured TENOR to use external GK and configured the TENOR ip itself as BE ip.

    is it ok?

You have to make sure the latest system software is loaded (p4-2-20-27) and then make sure under ‘config unit 1’ time -> 60 and number -> 10. That should stop the tenor getting into bypass mode.
