Tenor A800—SNMP

    Is threre any way to remotely monitor number of active calls going via TENOR A800 using SNMP.

    Does anyone have SNMP MIBs for Tenor A800.

    Unfortunately although the Quintum supports SNMP it does not show any call information. The SNMP traps will show the error log information as seen in the Quintum GUI, i.e. red errors for severe, amber for warnings, and green for information.

    The simplest way to check the number of calls going through the unit is through the CLI. Type

    > ch calls [RETURN]

    at the root prompt, this requests the call information from the Call Handler (CH).

    hi.i installed installquintum.bat for snmp.you know it works with hp openview.but my hp openview doesnt see quintum A800.what will i do? at pdf’s installquintum.bat
    changing and adding files vs..
    but i dont uderstand.please write to me.
