Where is the IP address transported ?

Hi,

I’m working in a network where we use Gatekeeper for address translation. Users are connected behind cisco routers with normal phone sets. So they dial digits which are forwarded to the GK. Later, both routers will establish a H245 connection and exchange RTP packets. But when and where do the local router receive remote IP address to establish these connections ? Is this in a H225 message ?
