Vocaltec Documentation??? pdf manuals?

Does anyone have any vocaltec documentation? Manuals or anything on their Gateways or Gatekeepers or Network Manager? I’m trying to learn more about their gateways and would like to read their documentation but all they have publicly on their website are marketing brochures and stuff.. Not like cisco who has all their manuals/docs online! If anyone has any old or new Vocaltec docs could you email them to me?
I’m using mainly Cisco gateways right now but want to learn Vocaltec as we may be getting one in the future. I’ve used one of their gateways in the past but for a different company. I already emailed vocaltec on their website but haven’t heard back from them yet.
