Mind-Vocaltec Authorization

Hi I have a Mind Billing SP22 connected to a vocaltec Gatekeeper doing the authorization via VGKUsers. I read that the SP22 has the ability to authorize directly from the billing without the need of exporting users to the VGK.

I followed the instructions of the mind to do that and change the authorization registry on the VGK to use external authorization. The billing authorizes the USERID and PASSWORD correctly. The problem is that the billing does not get the USERID when the gateway is resolving to dial the phone number.

What I saw on the autorization log is that the gk is not sending the USERID on the billing ID type so the billing just get the phone number without a user blocking the call.

Does anyone knows what could be happening?
