Voice Quality in PC-to-Phone Service

    Hi,

    We are starting an ITSP service from UK which offers PC/Web-to-Phone calling for different markets in Asia. When we were discussing about voice quality some one suggested if we do Proxying by installing H.323 proxy with the best ISP in our target country, we will get good voice quality.

    Would like to know you peoples view on this.

    Any help will be appreciated.
