Yes exactly, but some carriers define a “good call” as one that lasts more than say 10 seconds. This is particuraly harsh as it tends to make very short calls such as ansaphone, and “ring me back” appear as bad calls, when in fact they were good. The normal defenition of a good call is however one with duration > 0 seconds.
