For example Voip over ATM, IP Vpn or straight IP etc. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. 20th March 2002 at 13:28 #21346 Jose QuinteroGuest There are some kind of Carriers. IP Carriers, for INTERNET, they are using IP over SDH or SONET (POS). Multiservice Carriers: they use A optical backbone with SDH/SONET/DWDM, and over it they use ATM/IP. Yor questios is very generale, here a general answer RDS JIQ Author Posts Viewing 2 posts - 1 through 2 (of 2 total) The forum ‘Voice over IP’ is closed to new topics and replies.
