Need Help SS7, Stop Bit After IAM

    Hello,

    Can anyone help me out by giving suggestions, please?

    I’m installing a Clarent GW on SS7 Signalling. The call setup fails -(time out) at Call Initiated. The GW does not send the Stop Digit after IAM Called Number.

    Tried calling Clarent Support. They said it should work just by adding a registry string. Well if it worked, I wouldn’t have sent this message.

    So, anybody ever encountered this problem and solved it? Would appreciate some ideas.

    What Gateway version are you using now? Need additional patch if you are using Release 3.1.1SP1 (3.1.1112.0)to slove the end of digit problem…

    Hi Alex …

    thank you my man. You’re right, finally solved it. Solved the ST issue with Release 3.1.1 build 1112.7.

    Now stuck with ACM not sent for incoming busy number. Any ideas or suggestions?

    Hi RR,

    Would you able to capture the trace file ? Clarent Gateway should able to respond for incoming busy number with correspondent ACM…
    Check with the registy key ….
