Does anybody know what will happen if we link 75 Ohm unbalanced E1 to the gateway which need 120 Ohm Balanced E1 ?It probably won’t work. You can get 75/120 baluns (transformers) that do the impedance matching and also have twisted-pair connections on one side and co-ax (eg BNC) on the other.
