We are using DE30+ VOIP gateways and Cisco Call Manager 2.4(5). How do I switch off silence suppression on the DE30+ cards? The “configure port parameters” in Cisco Call Manager doesn’t seem to do the trick. I have confirmed this by measuring traffic with an analyzer. Do the DE30+ cards have to be reloaded when the silence suppression parameter is toggled from YES to NO ??
