Does anyone know of a web site that provides .wav files of voice conversations compressed at G.729 with varying network latencies (including compression, decompression, jitter buffer, etc.)say at 50ms 100ms 150ms 200ms 250ms 300ms, 350ms, 400ms etc.?
I don’t know a site but a tool called Chariot from Ganymede will prduce these types of data streams over IP networks.
