    Hi ,
    I am new to Nokia ( i am migrated from Ericsson to Nokia System ) so can any body help me to get information on Nokia network elements (MSC,BSC,BTS)and also on NOKIA netact system.
    Request to provide indepath information sorry not brief 🙂

    Also please tell me what is DX 200 ??

    hi, Monika, to answer you quiestion is simple – DX200 is platform for fixed and MSC, BSC , TETRA Nokia switches , because all this prodacts have the same hardware score. you can get inforrmation from: first source – online.nokia.com if you are registered user (NED – Nokia elect. documentation) , second one – ask guys on this site quiestions you are interested in or dx-200.narod.ru “форум” – russian site on dx200 , can write ENGLISH and get answers.

    Hello All,

    Will there be a drastic level of modifications in the code levels of the several NMS Applications of OMC/R due to the introduction of EDGE or higher end standards of GSM?

    In fact it holds good even for GPRS,i think???

    Is I know small amount of dx200 engineers know how to connect dx200 to omc and only few of them understand what are they doing 😉
    I have some examples how to do that job but this info is on the peace of paper not in “electronic version” , and I don’t have scanner to sent it to u 🙁 In electronic version I have examples how to do MSW connection, do u nedd it?
