dears,
i’d like implementation power control on BSC due to decrease on interference(UL/DL) and the my aim is improvement on DCR happened due to bad ul quality and bad dl quality issue.
would you please let me know how with decrease parameters SSDE and QDE(92/45 to 98/55) from interference decreases.what happened on DCR ? Also it might be affected which KPIs ?vendor is Ericsson.
