    I am new in CS/HSS core performance team
    How I can find the reason of dip of the below KPIs from MSS level ??? Or there are fixed counters that given clear picture of dip

    -Answer Rate.
    -Call Completion Rate.
    -Location update success rate.
    -Authentication Success Rate.
    -Paging Success Rate.
    -Success Rate of SMMO & SMMT.
    -VLR Subscribers.
