PCTEL Seegull Scanning property

I want to know how I can get the scanner PSC, RSCP, EcNo and TX Pwr information in 3G? And in 2G RXlev, CI,TX PWR?

There are two scanning option, RSSI and CPICH scanning? Which one I should use to get those measurement in Post processing tool Actix. I’m using TEMS 15.2.2.
