USSD Issue

Hello,

please your help regarding to the following issue:

Scenario 1: we used a NOKIA 6020 handset to refill a new voucher by using *333*xxxxxxxxxxxxxx# USSD code the operation passed successfully.

Scenario 2:we used a Samsung Galaxy SIII handset to refill a new voucher by using the same USSD but the operation failed and we got the following pop up Message:

“ Call barring Connection problem or invalid MMI code All outgoing for All Basic Services”

Refer to the trace files on MSC. The main problem is in the register message.

– When we used the SII handset the operation code is: activateSS (12)

— But when we used Nokia 6020 the operation code is: processUnstructuredSS-Request (59)

Why the network read the same message from different handsets in different way?

Note : Ericsson Access network and Huawei Core Network.
