High drop due to other reason-Ericcson

Hello Everybody,

We have one cell which has around 30 erlang traffic and hourly maximum 20-25 TCH drops. Whenever traffic peaks occurs(increasing to 50 erlang) more than 300 drops occurs in an hour and drop reason is other. Drops and traffic are not propotional. It should not make this much drops.
Can anybody help?
