We offer both H.323 and SIP, and terminate the majority of traffic to Tier-1 carriers in London using TDM connections from our wholly owned and managed gateways.
Flexible reseller opportunities
DUAL Talk Resale is an extension of our standard calling products that allows you use the DUAL Talk gateways and online billing system to offer your own customers a fully featured telephone calling service under your own brand name.
As a DUAL Talk Resale customer, you will be given your own online control panel from which you can create separate accounts for your customers; set your customers’ spending limits; set special calling rates for some or all of your customers; set your customers’ local currency and even set their time zone.
Your customers will each have access to an online account management area where they will be able to see details of their recent calls and the calling funds that they have in place. Most importantly, these customer control panels will be branded with your company name, so your customers will not be aware of DUAL Talk. You will manage the commercial and technical relationship with your customers.

Free call shop billing software
Our web based Booth Management system is available to all of your call shop customers at no extra charge. The system automatically detects the booths at their call shop and offers them a separate web page for each booth. For more information, please visit dualtalk.com/callshop/.
Access methods
To benefit from the DUAL Talk service, you need to deliver your calls to our gateway in London using Voice over IP. We support the H.323 and SIP protocols. Most commonly, you would use IP telephones or VoIP gateways to send calls to our system. Examples of gateways that we support include:
- Welltech 3504a (4 ports)
- Cisco ATA 186 (2 ports)
- Quintum a800 (8 ports)
- Elesign 1710 (1 port)
- Elesign 4800 (4 ports)
- Grandstream Budge Tone-100 (IP telephone)
Other methods of accessing DUAL Talk include using IP enabled PBXs or our software dialler.
