ALU HO Parameters ?

This is for guys working on ALU equipment. I am new to GSM. Can anyone pls can tell what ALU HO related parameters I can tweak/optimize to improve degraded IHSR on worst cells?

These are few I’m using, but would like to know if there are more:

– HO_Margin (PBGT, Quality, Level)
– Candidate Cell Priority
– Trigger Condition Thresholds for PBGT, Quality, Level, Distance and Capture HO.
