    Please suggest for PSR improvement of MSC/MSS. I want to improve PSR from 85% to 95%.

    Check your LAC plan. extract Paging deletion report and if there are more deletion then reconcile LAC.put paging attempt within 100000. check RNA of the low paging LACs.
